This early sustainability analysis brief had oodles of ambition. Every sustainability aspect was targeted and analysed. Pathways to net positive operational energy and low embodied carbon construction were identified, as well as integrating climate resilience and habitat features.  The result could result in one the most sustainable project built in Ireland to date.
